A Reputable Electrical Contracting Company

Martin Electrical Contracting Inc. was founded in 1991 by Tom Martin. Emphasizing quality in his work, the company quickly grew in both size and service offerings. In 1997, the business moved from Tom's home to a rented shop. October of 2000 saw the groundbreaking of a 5500 square foot building, which was completed early the next year.

As President and C.E.O., Tom had a vision to provide clients with more than standard installations of power and lighting. Thus, while the business expanded physically, it also developed professionally and grew in expertise. The 1990s were a time when new home technologies were becoming available to residential construction. Martin Electrical Contracting initiated a plan of carefully researching and implementing the most reliable and affordable of these electrical systems. One-by-one, the company began to offer installation of various cutting-edge home technology systems – whole-house audio, structured cabling, comfort and convenience systems (such as central vacuum and radiant floor heat), home theater, safety and security, home automation, and more.
